The numbers on the overview come from real answers. The Answers and Citations pages let you check them and find out why you're winning or losing.
Answers
Every answer shows the prompt, engine, date, whether you were mentioned (and at which position), whether your site was cited, and the sentiment. Your brand is highlighted, tracked competitors are underlined, and untracked brands have a dotted underline.
Filter by:
- Prompt — everything collected for one question
- Engine — for example only Perplexity
- Mentioned / not mentioned — the answers you're missing are usually the most useful
- Sentiment — for example only negative answers about you
- Market and persona — when you track more than one

Citations
Citations are the sources engines link to. The Citations page ranks domains by how often they're cited in answers to your prompts, and marks your own domain and competitors' domains.
Click a domain to see the exact URLs cited, how often, and on which engines.
How to use them
- Find the pages to be named on. Third-party domains that appear often — review sites, forums, lists, publishers — are where engines get their information. The action plan turns the most important ones into "Get mentioned on …" actions.
- Find pages to improve. If your own pages are cited rarely, check which competitor pages are cited for the same prompts and compare them with yours using Page test.
- Check what engines say about you. Read the negative answers and the sources behind them; outdated reviews and old pricing pages are common causes.
