Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

The aeotime plan starts with a 7-day free trial so you can judge aeotime on your own brand before paying. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. We email you 3 days before it ends. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose (monthly or yearly) is charged to that card and renews until cancelled. The Agency plan has no trial: it is charged when you subscribe. You can try aeotime on the aeotime plan first and upgrade to Agency at any time.

How to cancel

1. Open the aeotime app and go to Billing.
2. Under "Cancel subscription", choose a reason and confirm.
3. You'll see the date your access ends. Changed your mind? Click "Keep my subscription" before then.

What happens when you cancel

• During the trial: tracking stops when the trial ends and your card is never charged.
• On a paid plan: your plan stays fully active until the end of the current monthly or yearly period, then doesn't renew.
• Your projects and history stay in your account, so you can export them or resubscribe later.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable — including monthly and yearly charges and unused time in a period after you cancel — except where the right of withdrawal below applies.

Billing errors are always corrected: if you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email [email protected] from your account email and we'll refund the incorrect charge to the original payment method.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer (buying for yourself, not for a business) in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country that gives consumers a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the day the paid subscription starts (the day your trial converts, or the day you subscribe without a trial), without giving a reason.

Service during the withdrawal period. aeotime is a digital service that starts immediately. By subscribing, you ask us to begin providing it during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, we refund what you paid minus an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the day you told us — for example, 5 days of a 30-day monthly plan means we keep 5/30 of the monthly price.

How to withdraw. Send a clear statement to [email protected] from your account email before the 14 days end. You can use this model text:

To GGameHost LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the aeotime [plan name] subscription, started on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].

We confirm receipt, cancel the subscription and send the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your notice. This right doesn't apply to businesses, and it doesn't extend the 14 days in any way.
