Terms of Service

Accounts

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You're responsible for your account, the people you invite and keeping sign-in details secure. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly through Stripe, in USD, plus applicable taxes.
• The aeotime plan includes a 7-day trial; the Agency plan has no trial and is billed when you subscribe. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and your card is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
• Payments are non-refundable except under a statutory right of withdrawal; cancellation, withdrawal and billing errors are covered in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Don't track prompts that are unlawful, defamatory, or that target private individuals.
• Don't use the free tools or the app to scan systems you don't have permission to test, or to overload any site.
• Don't resell raw access, scrape the service, or try to bypass limits or security.
• Don't use output to break the terms of the AI engines or data providers involved.

Your data

You own the data you put into aeotime and the reports you export. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

AI answers and accuracy

aeotime reports what AI engines returned when we asked them. Those answers vary between runs, locations and interfaces, and may be inaccurate. Scores and recommendations are guidance, not guarantees of visibility, rankings, traffic or revenue.

Our service

We work to keep aeotime available and secure but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we remove a core feature of a paid plan we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can cancel before your next renewal.

Intellectual property

The service, software, design and content of aeotime belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't transfer any of those rights to you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or fail to pay, with notice where reasonable. After closure you have 30 days to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
