Agency workspaces

The Agency plan is built for running AI visibility for many brands from one workspace.

One project per client

Create a project for each client from New project. All projects share the workspace's 500 active prompts, so you can give a large client 150 prompts and a small one 20. The prompt bar on any Prompts page shows the total across clients.

Client view-only access

Invite clients from Team with the Viewer role and choose which projects they can see. Viewers can:

• See dashboards, answers, citations and the action plan of their projects
• Download PDF reports and CSV exports
• Manage their own email notifications

They can't change prompts, competitors or settings, run tracking, or see billing and invoices.

White-label reports

In Team → White-label branding, set your agency name, an https logo URL and a brand colour. PDF reports — downloaded or scheduled — then carry your branding instead of aeotime's. Set up automatic client reports per project in Settings → Reports (details).

Pitch workspaces

Winning a new client? Create a one-off snapshot of a prospect's AI visibility:

1. Click New project, enter the prospect's domain and tick This is a pitch for a prospect.
2. Pick up to 20 prompts.
3. aeotime runs them once on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity.

Pitches don't count toward your prompt limit, never run on a schedule and are archived after 30 days. Download the PDF report for your pitch deck.

Tips for agencies

• Use tags such as brand, category and competitor consistently across clients so reports read the same way.
• Share the action plan with clients: it turns the data into a work plan you can deliver.
• Use the API or MCP server to pull every client's numbers into your own reporting.
