Who we are

aeotime is operated by GGameHost LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For privacy questions write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, company, and sign-in identifiers from Google if you use Google sign-in.
• Billing data: plan, invoices and billing address. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Workspace data: domains, competitors, prompts and the AI answers we collect for you, plus Search Console and Google Analytics data if you connect them.
• Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, free tools used, form submissions, device and approximate location (country/city). See the Cookie Policy.
• Free tool input: URLs and text you submit to a free tool, processed to produce the result.
• Messages: what you send through the contact or early-access forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and request logs kept for security and debugging.

Why we use it

• To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
• To bill you and meet tax and accounting obligations (contract, legal obligation).
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix problems (legitimate interest).
• To send product and account emails; marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Google data

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we request read-only access and use that data only to show it to you inside aeotime and to suggest prompts. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. aeotime's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time from Settings or your Google account.

Who processes data for us

We use service providers bound by data processing terms:

• Clerk — authentication
• Stripe — payments and invoicing
• Our hosting and database providers — running the service
• AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI, DeepSeek) and search-data providers — the prompts you track are sent to them to collect answers. Prompts should not contain personal data.
• An email delivery provider — transactional email
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage statistics, only with your consent

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and some providers process data in other countries. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you close it, except invoices, which we keep as long as tax law requires. Free-tool inputs are not stored beyond what is needed to return the result and short-term abuse logs. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent.
