These terms govern your use of AEOTime. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

AEOTime measures how often a brand is mentioned and recommended in answers from third-party AI platforms, and reports scores derived from those answers.

What we do not promise

AI platforms change their models and answers constantly, and they are not under our control. We do not guarantee any particular visibility score, ranking, or that a change you make will improve your position. Measurements are estimates based on sampled answers.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• One account per organisation unless your plan says otherwise.
• Do not use the service to track prompts that are unlawful or that target private individuals.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in US dollars, excluding VAT.
• Nothing is charged during a trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
• You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Fair use

Plan limits define how many projects, prompts and scans you get. Automated scraping of the application, reselling access, or circumventing limits is not permitted.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we are able to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
