This policy explains what personal data AEOTime collects, why we process it and how long we keep it. It applies to aeotime.com and the AEOTime application.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and a hashed password.
• Project data: the brand names, domains and prompts you choose to track.
• Measurement data: AI answers we retrieve for your prompts and the scores derived from them.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser and request paths, kept for security and debugging.

Why we process it

To provide the service you signed up for, to bill paid plans, to keep the platform secure, and to support you when something breaks. We do not sell your data and we do not use your project data to train models.

Free tools

The public tools on this site run a one-off check on a URL you enter. We do not tie those checks to an account and we do not keep the results.

Retention

Account and project data live for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we remove it, apart from records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices. Technical logs are rotated regularly.

Third parties

We share data with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service: our hosting provider, our payment processor and the AI platforms we query on your behalf. Prompts we send to those platforms contain the brand and question you configured, not your account details.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for signing in and remembering your preferences. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the banner.
