Cookie Policy

What we store in your browser, and why

Last updated: August 2026

01In short

We use no advertising, marketing or third-party tracking cookies.

There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or similar tool on this site. In fact the site writes no HTTP cookies at all— we only keep the few records listed below in your browser’s local storage, and every one of them is strictly necessary for the service to work.

02Cookies vs. local storage

A cookie is a small text file a site leaves in your browser and which is sent back to the server on every request.

localStoragestays in your browser and is not sent to the server automatically. AEOTime uses only the latter. Because both GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK treat them as “information stored on terminal equipment”, we declare our usage transparently even though we set no cookies.

03Complete list of what we store

KeyType / DomainPurposeLifetime
cookie-consentlocalStorage
aeotime.com
Remembers your response to the cookie notice so it does not reappear on every visit.Until you clear it
tokenlocalStorage
app.aeotime.com
Keeps you signed in to the dashboard. Created only when you log in.Until you log out
admin_tokenlocalStorage
admin.aeotime.com
Admin panel session. Created only for authorised staff.Until you log out

All three are strictly necessary. Both GDPR and KVKK exempt strictly necessary storage from consent requirements, which is why we do not show a category-by-category consent screen — we have no optional tracking for you to consent to.

04Third-party services

No third-party tracking code runs on the site, but we do rely on providers to deliver the service. They set nothing in your browser here; where data is transferred is explained in our Privacy Policy.

  • Hosting infrastructure — European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), with Cloudflare network layer
  • AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — for running visibility scans
  • Payment processing — Stripe (active only on the checkout page)

05How to clear it

Clearing site data in your browser settings removes everything. Choosing “Log out” in the dashboard already deletes the session record (token).

  • Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data

06Changes and contact

We update this policy whenever the records we use change. The table above reflects actual usage in the code. Questions: [email protected]
